Annet Mahendru

Mahendru is an Afghani female born to a Russian father and an Hindu Indian mother. She speaks fluent German, Russian English and also French Persian and Hindi. Annet Mahendru has a Russian-Indian father. When she was 11 Annat Mahendru choreographed, and performed a dance that led to the honor of a German TV appearance. Her performance was a Russian snow girl that transformed into an entertaining Indian dancer. She completed high-school within New York before earning a bachelor of Arts (English) at St. John's University. Following high school, she attended classes in acting at HB but left for improv classes at Groundlings School. She then took on several comedy roles. She was born in Kabul Afghanistan by a Hindu/Indian father Ghanshan Mahendru and Russian-speaking mom Olga. Her family relocated from Afghanistan to East Meadow New York, together with her father after she turned 13 and stars with Matthew Rhys and Keri Russel on FX's The Americans. Her most well-known role is the former KGB Agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova in FX's The Americans. Also, she played recurring characters in Fox's The Following as well as The Blacklist on NBC.
